The pharmacists go above and beyond at this CVS. Twice, they have reached out to me to streamline two medication deliveries when they did not have to. I’ve used this CVS for years and appreciate the staff so much.

I always go to this CVS for my flu and Covid vaccines with zero problems. Pop in, get them done, get a $5 coupon - it’s simple. This year I’ve become immunocompromised due to illness and medications so I tried to have only my flu shot, recover, then later on schedule the Covid shot. The lovely, kind-hearted, smart pharmacist discussed adding the Covid vaccine now so as not to have to skip my weekly medicines again in the future. I cannot be more thankful!!! A month later I actually got Covid for the first time and it was probably the 2nd most serious illness I’ve ever had - I can’t imagine how bad it would have been had I waited longer for that vaccine! Her advice literally saved me from a hospitalization. I wish I knew her name but she was a God-send.

Scheduled flu shots for 10am on a Saturday, posted hours everyone online says they are open at 9am on Saturdays. We show up and the whole pharmacy is closed/locked down. The posted hours still say they should have opened at 9. There's no signage or indication why they're closed, not a soul around. By the time I left the store at 10:30 I just got an email that my appointment was cancelled, no indication why. This was very frustrating. If there was some emergency and they couldn't open, at least put a sign up explaining what's going on.

I showed up at the pharmacy at 11am on Saturday October 26th after getting 3 texts that my prescription were ready to be picked up. Walk around the corner and the security gate was closed and no one was there not even a sign or something saying they were closed

I went to the pharmacy for the first time for a vaccination that my doctor requested. The pharmacist at the counter was so helpful and knowledgeable and it was only her second day from what I heard her tell another customer. I was uncertain about the shot and had questions. She answered them all, plus gave me additional information on a vaccine that is also recommended for pregnancy I could get later on. Made the process so much more relaxing since I hate getting shots.

I didn’t want to record but you need to know it was my first experience at the Waterfront CVS and I was extremely impressed. The pharmacist ( the ONLY pharmacist) was pleasant and helpful from the beginning till the end.. I’ve never seen such a pleasant pharmacist.. The other pharmacies I have dealt with were all so miserable.. It’s because they’re all short staffed but the customers need to be treated better. It’s not our fault.. The pharmacist at CVS was also by himself with numerous customers but he was still pleasant. I thanked him for being so kind. I don’t know his name and I hope you’re able to find this out by the survey number. Reward him for a job extremely well done. Please he deserves some recognition…. I was there Saturday, July 8 around 11:30 . Thank you

Well it's very convenient that it's right inside of Target and during my wonderful shopping experience I can think about really fast that medications I may or may not need So when I am buying the things that I normally buy at that place I can conveniently go right over to the pharmacy part not be met with any kind of problems and be serviced well and get my medication that are very hard to receive sometimes medications are hard to come by these days especially with the shipping issues we have and they did splend it in that situationBottom line if you need any medication that is prescribed by any doctor by any medicine program or medicinal service this place will sync up with the proper administration to deliver your medication right to your hand administration to deliver your medication right to your hand

Lazy tech. Medicine was out of stock, so I asked if they could check if anyone in the area had it. Was told to call myself

If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY KIND OF VACCINATION. I went here for my covid booster shot, which I had scheduled in advance, so they knew I was coming. The pharmacist gave me no time to even sit down in the chair, he jammed the needle forcefully into my arm as soon as I pulled up my sleeve, without wiping an alcohol swab over the skin first to sterilize it. A lot of blood came out of the injection site when he pulled out the needle, I literally had blood running down my arm. Had to ask for a paper towel to wipe the blood off. The pharmacist did not say another word to me, nothing about watching for an allergic reaction, or after care of the injection site, nothing. He went back behind the counter and went back to filling prescriptions. I have a large, painful, purplish-black bruise at the injection site due to the pharmacist's lack of care when giving the injection. When I had my first two covid shots, which were not done at CVS, I had no bleeding or bruising. Bottom line, do not let the staff here anywhere near you with a needle.
