Express Factory Outlet is a store in the waterfront shopping centre. It is a great location with excellent choices. The clothes are cute, comfortable and fashionable. There are always good deals, discounts and sales. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, assisting in any way needed. The store is always clean. It is a favorite and frequent stop for many customers.
We would like to give a shout out to Cat because she was very patient and found us some very cute outfits. The customer service was exceptional, and all of the employees were lovely!

My go to Express store in town. Always clean and some of the staff are very friendly while some don’t care. Get seems good deals sometimes. And right in the waterfront shopping centre

Great location and excellent choices at this Outlet. I always get out with buying something or other. Staff are friendly and assists you in anyway needed. They have always some sort discounts, offs etc.
