the worst pharmacy EVER. never answer the phone. never responds back to anything . They suck . I’d give 0 stars if I can . I’ll stick to Braddock hills giant eagle pharmacy .

They claimed they called my doctor for prescription transfer I was physically at the store as they lied to my face called my doctor in front of them doctor answered right away.yoy need new pharmacists they don't care and are gonna get someone killed terrible service won't ever be back to this location

I showed up at 759 , the site said 9pm close ,
I had not had my med in days as i been working , had to be at work after they opened on Saturday,
I was very irritated and almost got shitty,,
Carrie was very understanding and kind ,
Along with the pharmacist on duty ,
I was very impressed with there kindness the immediately restored my humility , they both deserve a pat on the back . And are model employees.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever! It took over 5 hours to fill ONE prescription. Not due to anything, except the fact that they are completely incompetent. The people who answer the phone, especially Karen, are absolutely clueless. They are all rude. I filled a prescription there one time, and will never use them again. If I were you, I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs, unless you have hours to spare. Truly appalling.

The pharmacist went on a power trip with me because she barely heard me curse to MYSELF on the way back to my chair in frustration after waiting almost half an hour to get a shot, when it wasn't that crowded.

I have been coming here for a long time but will no longer be and will be searching for another pharmacy. I’ve been told different things regarding prescriptions many times. This last time was the final straw for me. Was essentially lied to by a tech, and was told to wait until Thursday morning to call and get it filled. I call and they say they can’t fill it because they are waiting on a fax since Monday from the doc. So when I called Tuesday why wasn’t I told that? They say they can’t do anything and basically that’s how it is. Got multiple attitudes from staff, specifically Olivia, who when I said I wanted to file a complaint got an attitude and slammed the phone down. Exactly why I’m filing a complaint. Always a line here as well, sometimes can stretch pretty far back. Reported this business to the BBB. Not looking for a resolution necessarily but I wanted to file a complaint regardless snd just make them aware that this kind of this isn’t okay. This can delay patient treatment, especially stopping the medication abruptly which could be dangerous for me.

Giant Eagle is heartless !
Won't mail prescriptions,
Drive-thru is never working.
Everyone must come into the store to get their meds or have someone pick them up.
Many seniors, & people w disabilities DO NOT DRIVE.
Some people have no &/or limited supports to help with getting their medications - this is very stressful; & Giant Eagle compounds the stress with their attitudes.
I've been told - go to another pharmacy ! Wait, does that mean a different grocery chain, too.
Do you want my business or not ?
Or, you want my business but only on your HEARTLESS terms !

The store overall is well kept and maintained by a great store leader. They have an excellent variety of foods and home goods to buy. Curb side pick up is excellent as well all though I think they are discontinuing it due to the giant eagle warehouse they are building in stood town center. The pharmacy is ok just understaffed and also the llead pharmacist has changed over the last few years from what I am told by other costumers… she used to be nice and caring and treated all costumers the same a respectful as well. Now she is not so caring and chooses who she wants to be nice and respectful too. That’s all that can be said so overall great store to shop at.

Always super professional and try ti work to help. Some people don’t understand that a pharmacy doesn’t control what the doctors office does or does not do and is trying to keep them safe.

This pharmacy has lost my confidence. I've been waiting a week now for refills. Their excuse is that the doctor's office hasn't gotten back to them to approve. The doctor's office says no one from GE contacted them. Don't call in your scripts on the weekends - in most cases they'll most likely be ignored.

I been coming to this pharmacy for a few years now for me and my son's prescriptions and they're usually ready on time. Pharmacists are helpful and friendly. But don't ever come here for a flu shot, I swear I was waiting about 3 hours. People would be on the waiting list then wonder off in the store and everyone else had to wait an ungodly amount of time for them to show back up to get their shot before they can move on to the next person. I stick to my PCP or rite aid for flu shot so at least I can be done with it in a timely fashion.
