Preparer was new but did a nice job. Price was ridiculously high 260.00 for federal and state. Return was basic I wish I had done it myself. I've never had a tax preparation service before. Thought I would try it since online it appeared to be around 100.00. Oh well live and learn. At least it's done

Went to the Homestead Waterfront location to file 2021 and 2022 tax seasons.both times upon dialing the 1800 number to check the status, have been told(due to negligence of the same preparer) my return has been rejected. with only 1 steady employer for 20 years, my return is always very simple. called to inform the office, have to wait until he is available, and then make another trip to figure out what happened.nice guy, but this is unacceptable.it costs over $300 for subpar service.

If I could, this company would get zero stars from me. They offered insurance that was supposed to give me peace of mind, but when issues inevitably arose because of their meager quality, they were unwilling to help sort things out. Their agent made errors in their entries, and rather than address the situation, they ignored it. To be fair, there were only very rarely positive highlights from the corporate interaction.
