Worse service EVER! I just left. Walked in to 2 young white females. Neither spoke (although they did speak AFTER I spoke). I got my items to try on and while in the dressing room, I heard them greet and ask to help 3 different people. Of course when I come.out of the dressing room, all of the people they greeted were white. I bought the dress bc I need it tomorrow and asked for a garment bag instead of a plastic bag and they both acted as if it were a huge inconvenience and threw it in the bag and didnt even tie the bottom
I will never shop at or buy from the loft again!!!

Love this store. It’s neat and well organized. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful without being pushy or hovering. I’m not always the best at coordinating outfits and they give the best advice! Kudos for being a standout store with excellent service and beautiful clothing!

Hmm. Am I in the right store? I thought Loft, as in Ann Taylor Loft, was a less expensive store than Ann Taylor. These prices would suggest otherwise, though they did have sales. I hear many of the Ann Taylor and Loft stores are closing or have closed this year. Perhaps the remaining ones have to take up the slack. It is a beautiful store, all shiny and organized and the clothing is pretty and stylish. But I like my prices less expensive, as in Macy's sales. I touched a lot of sweaters, slacks, and blouses but did not try on any after seeing price tags.

The Loft merchandise has gone downhill. The quality of the clothes was cheap and dreckish. It is very disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you are getting.

I was the only customer in the store, but no employee greeted me until I had already browsed for at least several minutes. I ended up buying three shirts that were 50% off. They were not worth the full price, and I would not have paid it. Another employee greeted me near the cash register when I made my way over there. The clothing looked to be a decent quality.

I shopped there and with all the help of the ladies plus alerting me to the fantastic sales. I was able to purchase approximately $500.00 dollars worth of clothing for my wife's birthday and I obtained all of the clothing for slightly less than $200.00. I was very happy with the friendly staff and my wife liked all of her gifts. That's what I call a win win glad I went to the Loft.
