ordered these online and got shirts that are the same size on the label so comically different in actual size. also received the wrong color for different shirt. poor quality control for sure but it is fast fashion so i can’t be too surprised.

I recently visited this Old Navy location, and it was very clean and organized. It is true it was on a Monday early afternoon, so it wasn't too busy. The staff was helpful and nice, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. I was happy to find a few good sales as well. From my experience they deserve the five stars.
