I only go to this branch because they always take care of whatever I need while always having a great attitude..I have had a problem or two with my account but they fixed them very quickly. I will continue to go to this branch for a very long time unless something happens to it

Couldn’t process a relatively small withdrawal due to not enough cash on hand and told me would need to be ordered. I didn’t deposit my money in your bank to have to wait a week to withdrawal it.

Good afternoon, I made a deposit through the teller machine and it did not credit the money to my account, that happened in the city of Pittsburgh at 5:40 p.m. and it was exactly $1,130 I called the operator but because it was Saturday and because of the time they were no longer available... now what can I do I need help, I need my money

I went to get help about a dispute, and every worker told me that I could have called, but I wanted to go to the bank in person to figure out exactly why my check didn’t go through with the full amount. The bankers attitude was so nasty and she was so rude and just not friendly at all

Each time I have gone to this branch, I am greeted by the guard who not only directs me to an available teller but has also assisted me with a deposit at the ATM if there are too many people waiting in line.I had never made a deposit only a withdrawal from the ATM so I appreciated the assist! Kudos to the Security agency that is employed by PNC!This was not a one time experience.. always welcoming and helpful!!

I have been to multiple PNC branches and this is by far the best branch in terms of customer experience. Staff is very nice, professional and actually wants to help you. Damien was very professional, efficient and pleasant. Got the job done and updated me over the phone next day. Highly recommended

Horrible customer service. Associate had attitude, asked to speak to branch manager. He lied and said she was not there. Found out she was there. Her attitude was not any better. This branch should close

Super friendly Bank!! The people that work at the Waterfront branch are really kind and easy to work with, and with having my small business and my families personal accounts and investment accounts here I appreciate the convenience of being able to have one location to do all my banking and working with friendly people while I bank makes all the difference to my day!

I’m giving them a 4 bc my experience of the drivethru (2 lanes) was always very pleasant during the pandemic. Inside for the first time today I’d definitely say it is not as welcoming on the part of the tellers as the neighborhood branches - Greenfield closed down. I was waiting just a few minutes to be called but then the teller didn’t call or look at me when she finished with the customer. I was just waiting to see and then when a second teller came out I realized the first teller was ending her shift - but she could have acknowledged me or told me something. I also had to ask for the receipt for my transaction so I’d say they could need more training here or maybe it’s a bad work environment and they are all upset and distracted.On the other hand the security guy was the most friendly person there.Should they have kept the neighborhoods open? Yes absolutely - not everyone can drive to the waterfront. The bus is tricky for some people. I think of the little old people who went to the bank all time. It’s not just us there was an article about banks closing branches and Greenfield lost 2 recently.

They were awesome super helpful. FYI to people writing reviews, you are reviewing the Branch not the BANK as a whole. The employees have no control over what branches get closed or hours of operation, so giving them a 1 star Google review based off of either of those is not cool.
