My sister and I walked in to get new cellPhones . Edison was so patient , knowledgeable & helpful . No pressure helping us get the best deal. Great store to get upgrades and anything you need from!

I'm being somewhat generous with 3 stars. Customer service is not a strong suit of this location. Short and abrupt. It felt like I was interrupting their day by trying to ask for assistance. UN inviting atmosphere. I would recommend traveling to another location if you need assistance. I was in the area but that will be the first/last time. If you visit, good luck to you! Beware, you've been warned....

We came in looking to switch our phones over to get out of a contract. Edison was absolutely outstanding with helping us. We asked quite a lot of questions and answered them all with no problem. He worked really fast and diligently and I’ll definitely recommend anyone who comes to T-Mobile in the waterfront to ask for Edison because he’s an absolutely awesome worker ! An has Great customer Service!

we chose to come here to switch from a different carrier because we had been lied to and misled and it's just was time to finally make that switch. We walked in and Edison was extremely helpful. He got us in the perfect price bracket on top of other things that were just fantastic, too fantastic that we couldn't pass it up. I was not a fan of T-Mobile from years ago, so but they may have earned back my trust. we definitely shall see. I am willing to give them a chance. But as far as the store is concerned, they were very honest and very open. The store was extremely clean it and everybody was very kind. I will definitely go here

I was going to leave T-Mobile, bit Nick H changed that three days ago. He is an excellent mobile expert. He was knowledgeable about the phone I wanted, and helped me switch a sim card in my second phone. He is the ONLY reason I'm staying with this company. Thanks Nick!

went in to see about getting my sons cracked screen fixed and how that worked with the insurance we pay monthly for. lady told us to go to Apple Store and it would be fixed - that they couldn't help us there. so I made appt at the Apple Store across town and we went. turns out they couldn't help us. we were to call the T-Mobile insurance company file a claim and go ELSEWHERE. would have been so nice to know BEFORE I wasted time going to Apple! turns out she could have told us that HAD she bothered to look at our account. cannot wait til my contract is up. meanwhile never going to this store again!

The staff was nice and helped right away but tricking your customers to try and make a sale is not the right way to do business. Will be leaving T-Mobile after this.Went in to upgrade to the s23 from my current s10e. I asked about the trade-in value of my phone, and they said it would take $200 off the price of an upgrade. I therefore agreed to do the trade-in. I had to sign a couple of pages YET was never shown the final breakdown of the bill. The employee just said, "Sign here and here, and your monthly bill would be $XX.XX." I thought the $200 off total would be in that amount. Now come to find out when I see the receipt, the trade-in value was only $30, and I am stuck with a higher bill. Trying to pull a fast one on your customers just to get a commission is not the right way to do business.

I called two T-Mobile stores in the area to confirm whether or not they had a specific tablet in stock. The first store said no but to give this location a call because they may. At this location, on the phone when I asked, the employee said they did. Drove in and was told immediately that they did not and typically do not. It wasn't unavailable because it sold in the meantime... They just don't typically even carry that product in store I learned from calling yet another store. Disappointed that I had to waste my time because of an either dishonest or ignorant employee.

I had the best customer service every today with Selwyn and Jason I had no Knowledge about what needed to be done regarding what I needed I put my phone in their hands and they educated me on what I need to do if the problem arises again that’s why I been a customer since 2002

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! I stood in the store for 20 minutes and couldn’t get anyone to assist me with a purchase. All of the staff stood around with one customer… totally unprofessional. The manager is not good at setting a good example and should be fired immediately.

Helpful and doesn’t seem to get too busy.I don’t know why the ceiling lights look like the ones at Victoria’s Secret. That’s a little weird.
