However, there are also reports of mail delivery issues, with mail incorrectly delivered to the wrong mailbox on more than one occasion despite the box being clearly labeled. For mailing needs, staff are also noted to be very helpful and patient.
Not only was the passport process easy as can be, the lady was such a hoot as well! She made our entire day :)

First time getting a passport here! The service was so wonderful, there was only one woman working the front and even with a line she was so kind and made the process super easy and speedy!!! I would definitely recommend coming here!! Especially for a passport!!
