Absolutely awful experience with this retail location. We are all aware of how terrible Xfinity/Comcast is. After multiple problems with service and trying to cancel finally went to the location to drop off equipment and cancel service. The female that I spoke with assured me that my service was canceled and no bill was due. Received a bill in the mail from Comcast a month later…. Could not get anyone on the phone or through the chat. Went to this location and dealt with Alec Somma. He promised me that he would take care of the problem and get the fees removed. Less than a month later I receive a bill in the mail from Comcast. Two days later I get a bill from a collection agency. How is this even possible brought it back to Alec and he basically told me to shove it horrible customer service, horrible attitude run, run away from this location and Comcast in general

the below link takes you to an AI chat bot that no one answers. I am not surprised by this at all - completely par for the course with this awful, greedy corporation. Someone should really look into this corporation. Someone should also look into Alec at the retail location not doing his job.

Tried to cancel my service online and the chatbot sucks. Had to fight every second for anything to work and it never worked.
Walked into the store, talked to the folks there for 60 seconds, and boom it was done. Thank Christ you can still talk to a human being to fix stuff

Came in to upgrade my wife's iPhone to an iPhone 16. Xfinity would not allow me to add a line because I have their NOW Internet. Why does my home internet have anything to do with my mobile service? Regardless I was told that we can't get phone upgrade without getting a higher internet package. After being a customer for over 10 years I was hoping that something would be done to keep me. No steps we're taken to keep my business. I 'm now going to make it my business to let my network know that xfinity is the last provider that should be considered. I left the store and got iphone 16 from another provider.

Customer beware. Was having issues with my phone, there were two lines attached to one device and I was being double billed. Was told by staff at this location that the line was removed, it was not removed. In fact, a protection plan was added to a device that I Don't even own! I kept wondering why my phone bill kept jumping every month. Staff at another location were appalled, they got me set straight and fixed the numerous problems with my account that were caused by staff at this location. Please check everything before you leave this store! I have had nothing but problems here.
EDIT: I gave two stars because my interactions with staff here have been pleasant!

Do not get this service unless it is your absolute last option. Your bill will go up, you will have problems constantly. And good luck trying to get any help. If you think about going into the store for help think again, they will I’ll just direct you to online help where you will spend hours in an online chat bc forget getting anyone on the phone.

Worst company in America beside your mortgage lender. Took me two months to downgrade or cancel Service because of their invasion tactics they don’t hire any Americans that speak English, which I should really look into. I thought reports with the FCC the FTC and the Attorney General because after it was all done and turned in the equipment. I got a disconnect bill, which was double what I actually owed when I returned the equipment. I talked to support four times now even have screenshots of the last one that said this issue was resolved and that the balance was lowered, which should’ve never been that high. If it would’ve been resolved the first phone call instead of being transferred 100 times in one day and being on hold three hours each day nonstop trying to downgrade or cancel service which they don’t let you. Do they transfer you until you hang up the fact that a business can conduct themselves like that in America is completely unacceptable and I’m starting a Reddit thread and trying to get enough people and enough complaints together to take this monopoly down how they take advantage of the American taxpayer is 100% unacceptable in this country and they should have to pay for their wrongs, they lie to their customer straight up like they did to me saying they resolve this issue four times and it never was resolved so now I still don’t have Internet because of their incompetence in their lies. You have officially messed with the wrong person because I will make it my life duty to take your company down. The price of doing business in America if you don’t want to conduct yourself correctly, and if you want to take advantage of your customers, I will make sure you have to pay for your wrongs.
