I wanted to thank Tonya for greeting me immediately and taking care of my situation. Much quicker than I expected and she injured on if I'm using the extra perks of Xfinity to ensure I'm getting the best out of my service. She also gave some great advice on modems

Total scam. Do not let them buy out your contract. They scammed me the day they “bought my contract” from T-Mobile by not paying them the entire balance. Two years later I’m being hounded to pay a measly $30 from T-Mobile after xfinity told me I paid off the entire balance 2 years prior, the day I switched to their network. This could have destroyed my credit. Also they did not give me the $200 promotional offer I was offered for switching over two lines, which was my entire motive for using xfinity to begin with.
Apart from being totally scammed during the buy out process, the xfinity internet is garbage and cuts off every night around midnight until afternoon. Not worth the cost.

The employees at this xfinity store are always helpful and are able to fix whatever problem I have with my phone.

Would be helpful if you could actually call the store to see if they can help with SIM card issues before driving half an hour just for them to send you to ubreakifix. Have no idea how a business like xfinity manages to be so consistently useless.

NO store phone number. I couldn't call to check if they had a phone in stock. So I went down, and they DIDN'T have the phone I wanted in stock. So they ordered it, which I could have done from home. In the FedEx email, it says there is a signature required the package. Well, I work, so who knows when I'll actually get my phone, because I work and can't be there to sign for it. If the salesman would have TOLD me it needed a signature, I would have given my work address for mailing. Extremely frustrated with Comcast. You are supposed to be top in technology. If you won't give your retail stores a phone number, why can't you have whatever manager is on duty put their phone number in for contact???

I went into the store to get home internet I was lied to saying it work if I installed and if it didn’t I could call the store and get the help setting up Tania lied! I can’t install and can’t contact the store or the number on her card she gave me! So I’m over this service before it’s even hooked up

Like all interactions with Comcast/Xfinity, the customer service and competency of their staff is beyond comical. In fact, it's infuriatingly inept and likely so by design. I wish there was any other option besides engaging these jokers. AVOID.

When calling I was not allowed to speak to the Waterfront store representative to buy additional items to go with the two Galaxy phones I recently purchased there.
