I went into the store to get home internet I was lied to saying it work if I installed and if it didn’t I could call the store and get the help setting up Tania lied! I can’t install and can’t contact the store or the number on her card she gave me! So I’m over this service before it’s even hooked up

Like all interactions with Comcast/Xfinity, the customer service and competency of their staff is beyond comical. In fact, it's infuriatingly inept and likely so by design. I wish there was any other option besides engaging these jokers. AVOID.

When calling I was not allowed to speak to the Waterfront store representative to buy additional items to go with the two Galaxy phones I recently purchased there.

NO store phone number. I couldn't call to check if they had a phone in stock. So I went down, and they DIDN'T have the phone I wanted in stock. So they ordered it, which I could have done from home. In the FedEx email, it says there is a signature required the package. Well, I work, so who knows when I'll actually get my phone, because I work and can't be there to sign for it. If the salesman would have TOLD me it needed a signature, I would have given my work address for mailing. Extremely frustrated with Comcast. You are supposed to be top in technology. If you won't give your retail stores a phone number, why can't you have whatever manager is on duty put their phone number in for contact???

I am unsure why the ratings are so low because I have never had bad experiences at this location. 2022 visit, Tania Bikerman was amazing, she listened and her customer service skills are phenomenal.

Terrible experience they're so difficult to deal with waited 45 mins with 2 workers taking forever and i mean forever. Just to be told i can't cancel my account in person i would have to call CS. So unprofessional I wouldn't recommend them here.

The staff was unprofessional. On June 8, 2022, I walked into the store and asked the staff to stop my service and close my account on my moving date (June 24). The staff said, it is all done with full assurance. TODAY (June 28) I find that I am still charged and the service is on after I moved out my place. Can never trust the staffs again. No matter what they say, you should keep the written papers as evidences. Unqualified.

Went there to exchang a box Trina was very ignorant and was talking down to me and my wife . Also Erica had a few slick things to say during our interaction . We were there for an hour to switch a box never got the box switched. The Trina said call Erica today to see if they were able to do the box switch guess what Erica's phone went straight to voice-mail this place needs to retrain there employees or find new ones no wonder there google rating is a 3.

I am quitting comcast after 38 years.
