I had purchased my iphone 14 from the store so I knew their customer service and attention to detail is excellent.Edmund, the store manager, helped me. He did a great job. Easy to set up the new device.We talked about the T Mobile Customer Experience and Value Proposition. We agreed that T Mobile offers the most comprehensive value package of all the cellular providers. The company cares about their customers. I had previously been both a verizon and att&t customer but switched over to TMobile because I went to their store and talked with the team.Everyone is focused on the customer experience and does all they can to make your service the best in the industary.I'd give this TMobile store 7 stars if the system would let me!Thank you,Mark”
