With no pressure, they connected us with the best phone and plan for our needs. We live in an area with poor coverage from most carriers; RJ did everything possible to minimize our risk, awaiting our call to confirm that the phone works at our house (yay!). He and Matt then spent quite a lot of time arranging the carrier transfer and phone set-up.
