Our little mini Goldendoodle, Izzy, had a terrible experience with her previous groomer. We were told she was “incapable” of being groomed and that we would need to drug her before bringing her back. When I picked her up, she was happier than when I dropped her off. She was relaxed, confident, and clearly had been treated with patience, kindness, and compassion.
