Assembly quality -horrible. Used that zero turn mower 3 times. Digital display died at 7.1 hours. Stopped cutting (possible magnetic clutch failure) battery voltage tested with voltometer 0V [ Batery bad too)- this is just equipment. Now service \\\"we are backed up until the next month the earliest can you call other husqvarna dealer in the area for service\\\" - did that called 7 and 7 of them they do not honor warranties on the equipment they do not sell. Called back R3 this time they told me to contact husqvarna directly. Ohhh there is no 1800 number you can talk to a bot- awesome. - no resolution there. In my humble advice,is not to buy from R3, go somewhere else... one more thought - they been In business for many years only few reviews ?????? Hmmmm.....

Bought a new mower had problems with it the very first day. It came with a backpack and a Weedwhacker the first day I had to bring back the Weedwhacker and the next day I had to bring back the blower. and the next day I had to bring back the lawnmower they had it several days and he said nothing was wrong with it! now they won’t return my call. I feel left in the dark. I’m a landscaper and I’ve been doing this for 35 years never had an issue with Scagg hustler or Kabota I should’ve just paid a little bit more and got one of those. So now I’m going to the magistrate and letting her handle it since they won’t return my calls. What the mower does so everyone knows . it spits and sputters not all the time but it does it several times on each lawn. Their fix was to take air out of the tire and raised the fuel line.

I went to r3 to purchase a zero turn mower in early June. Along with the mower, I purchased a bagger to go along with mower package. The mower was available on site but I was told that they would have to order the bagger. I decided to leave the mower at thier store until the bagger could be delivered. The bagger should have been installed on the mower before I took both home, then no extra charges would be applied for installation. After waiting approximately 1 month, the bagger still had not come. I needed the mower to do lawn work, so I took possession of the mower. Every time I called R3 after that time, they told me that the bagger was still not delivered to thier store. Each time I called another month of wait time was added. Finally I was told that it would be the middle of October before the bagger would be shipped to them. By this time, after being promised a delivery month after month, I asked for a refund. I was told that the only way to get a refund was to have the money put back on the credit card that I initially used to pay for everything. Now I have to wait for a refund for the bagger from the credit card that I used to make the purchase. In my opinion, I believe that R3 should not have made a promise to deliver product that they could not deliver on. Had I known that they would not stand behind thier product line and personal reputation as a business, I probably would not have bought from them. They took thier problems with their suppliers and made them my problem. If they cared about maintaining a good customer relationship, maybe a cash refund or a service barter could have been negotiated. I was hoping to have a good relationship with this business but now I'm afraid to trust them in the future.

This place is a hidden gem in plain sight. They have everything from mowers, which can be seen from the main road, to surprises when you enter the store. They have Benjamin Moore paint, Honda generators, BBQ grills and they even have live bait!

Just picked up a sweet Orcha cooler, some camp supplies, and fishing bait all at an awesome price! The store has a bit of everything and is definitely a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Steve came to my house to perform yearly maintenance on my Generac generator. He replaced the oil, air filter and spark plug. He then adjusted the valves and tested the battery and answered all my questions completely. He performed a very complete service for a very good price! Scott had him take my Husquvarna chainsaw back to me as well. Wow, talk about great service, this is amazing! After retiring from the Marines after 24 years I understand how important maintenance is and Steve and Scott are top notch and really care about their customers. All the ladies that were working in the store 2 weeks ago when I brought my chainsaw in helped me get the Generac maintenance and repair and maintenance on my chainsaw scheduled and handled quickly even thought it was 93 degrees outside and no A/C inside but the ceiling fans helped. Thanks to them as well!

Was in R3 on 6/16The customer service was amazing and they took the time to help us with professionalism and were very friendly. Will definitely continue to business with them.
