I had my Generac generator installed in December of 2016 and they took care of everything except the propane tanks🙂. They are scheduled every year for PM service and my unit is still going strong. R3 is the best we have been using them for 10 years. LJ just left my house and was so thorough on servicing my Generac generator. I will always request him from now on thank you R3 and thanks LJ.
