Their service is excellent but a little slow, I believe, due to lack of mechanics and/or the lack of supply from Ford Motor Company. In the latter case, Ford Motor will not supply the necessary parts for the repair. I find this totally unexceptable. The mechanic that fixed our truck was skilled and knowledgeable. The reception staff was excellent. My only negative comment I have is, the loaner vehicle we were given was 9 years old and very dirty inside and out. It did, however, run well and served our purpose while our truck was laid up

Drive right by this den of crooks. The salesmen are liars and the used cars are way overpriced and they give you nothing for your trade in. The service department can't seem to fix anything the first time, but they are very efficient at billing for every minute your car is there. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here; well, maybe I would in that case.

Wouldn't buy a vehicle from a place that takes advantage of their customers. Was interested in buying a new vehicle here. Apparently they believe in price gouging by adding extra dealer surcharges. Go to another reputable Ford dealer who doesn't.

I'm not sure if they know what they are doing? I never was asked so many ridiculous questions? No wonder they have so many trucks on their lot. The sales department is terrible.

I just left the dealership about five minutes ago. I went in to have a recall service completed and also get an oil change. I was told that I needed some parts replaced at a cost of around $600 which are covered under my warranty, which they apparently do not accept. Additionally, when I called in the week prior, I was told that I would receive a veterans discount, but when I asked for the discount at the counter, I was told that the discount was only good for memorial day. Very unhappy unfortunately with the service department and will not be returning there in the future.

Brought my 2020 escape in for brakes and rotors. Drove 30ish miles and have 5 alerts flashing on my dash. Called to figure out what could have went wrong and instantly told they did nothing and it’s all electrical issues. After spending $560 on brakes, they’d have to charge me to diagnose it to find the issue. Talked to 2 different Ford mechanics who said they could have easily knocked the abs sensor to make these alerts go off, but they refuse to admit they could have done anything wrong. Now going to take it to a new dealership to fix this. Definitely will not be back, or recommend anyone to quick lane!!!

Last time I got service here not only did it take three hours to do an oil change but they also forgot to do the inspection and lost my keys when they finished. Everytime I go there is always long wait times, unless you’re dropping your car off its not wort waiting there for it

Ty Wayne Ford for getting my family back on the road. We were stuck 8 hours away from home and Wayne Ford employees got my Ford explorer back on the road in a timely manner.

I'm very happy to say that the service department at way county Ford finally has a new crew and new management. LONG OVER DUE! And they got me fixed up and back on the road just when they said they would and went above and beyond to help me with issues on my wife's expedition. I highly recommend meeting the new faces and trusting them with your needs!

Very disappointed in there service department. This is the 2nd time I had issue with them. You fill out the paperwork what you want done to your vehicle and they call you and tell you that it is completed. And it wasn't completed. They're Technicians are not Technicians. They're parts changers that get paid by commission. Thats why when they call you and tell you need all of this unnecessary work done to your vehicle and hoping you authorize the work to cash in on you. That's what my experience was. There service manager shouldn't be the manager because he doesn't check everything out before releasing your vehicle to you. I found this out first handPlus I shouldn't have to bring it back for something that was suppose to be done in the beginning. With the terrible experience that I encountered I will not be returning at all.

What a nightmare for me. I went to Wayne County Ford. December 2022 Wayne County Ford did an all around brake job on my 2013 Ford F-150. Apparently it was not a complete job even though they charge me a lot of money. I use the vehicle rarely on occasion around town and I never noticed any issues until I went on the highway and I started to feel a vibration and I had to pull over. After walking around the vehicle trying to figure out what’s causing it I realize a lot of heat coming from the left side front wheel. I immediately took the vehicle to a local shop and avoided going back to Ford. The shop told me that the caliper is sticking causing the vibration and heat. The shops told me that Ford did not change the caliper on that side but did the The opposite side. The shop told me they normally change calipers in pairs and that should’ve been done by Ford. They believe Ford was trying to save me money but instead it costing me more money. Ford had no problem putting in a rotor and new pads but failed to do the caliper. It ended up costing me more than $300 to replace the pads-all over again and to have a new caliper put in. Time will tell if it created any damage to the rotor hopefully there are not warped. The shop gave me Fords pads back in case I wanted to show any kind of proof should it come up in the future. What a nightmare thanks to Wayne County Ford in Honesdale.
