“I needed a jump and it was after 7:00 pm, everyone was either too expensive or not close enough to morgantown, Kevin was at church when I called, he called me back while still at church and told me that he will be over after church because I was broke down right down the street from his church. He left there at almost 9:00 pm, went and picked up his charge box and came and jumped my motorhome for me, due to my situation he didn't even charge me. When my Honda's tire came off on I-495 in Maryland after improper service at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown, Arty's demonstrated exactly why I trust them. They clearly explained their engine installation process - confirming they never removed the driver's side wheel - and pointed out damage from improper lug nut torque that should have been caught during my previous dealer strut service. “We got Miller's number from the campground map. We just moved from a fiver to a used class A. We we're preparing to leave the cg and our jacks only retracted part of the way and the control panel gave us a error code. I wasn't able to clear the code which left us helpless. I called the dealer's service department where we bought the RV a month ago hoping they could talk me through it but they said it was too complicated to do over the phone. They recommended we call a mobile RV repair, the cg recommended Miller's so we did and what a blessing that was. Corey answered our call and I explained our problem. After pondering the situation he went to a computer and was able to tell us how to reset the control panel. That was the answer to our prayers, we reset the control and the Jack's retracted and we were outta there. What impressed me most about this story is that they could have made a mobile call to the cg and do something unnecessary to sell some parts and labor. But they didn't, we are so grateful to Corey and Miller's for their help.”
