“Used AGU for replacing a rear window on our mini van. Dave was excellent in answering questions and returning calls. He went above and beyond with the service as he worked around my scedual and made sure he got my vehicle taken care of promptly.
Not a single shard or sliver of glass was left inside if the vehicle. The glass had shattered all over the trunk and the basket/bins that were in the trunk. Every single bin and basket was vacuumed out and completely clean as well as the floor and underneath the door mat. Extremely pleased with the service we got from AGU. Will highly recommend them to anyone.”

“This was my third or fourth time buying tires here. Dale Pensak's was recommended by a friend. I have not bought tires anywhere else in the past two years, and I haven't had a single flat. I was about to purchase all season radials, but I asked Dale about whether I should get snow tires this winter, as I live in Susquehanna County where the roads are usually rough going and we get our share of ice and snow. Dale had just been to New Milford and noticed how potholes have taken over. He suggested getting four winter tires that were of much better quality than the all seasons that I had bought in February (and were already quite worn from all the driving I do.) The price per tire was almost the same, and I knew three of my tires needed to be replaced. He said I should have better traction and wear with these new tires, and that the price has surprisingly just dropped, and they cost less than they did a year ago. The snow tires cost the same as the all season radials, and should last longer. Dale's garage always checks the rims and valves and removes corrosion before putting tires on. More attention paid to putting on tires than I have seen anywhere. He fit me into an appointment 24 hours after I inquired. And he has the sweetest dog, who never fails to play fetch and brighten my day while my car is being worked on. Finally, my car drove so much better with the new tires.”

“I will be taking my vehicle here anytime I am having issues. I have been without AC in my care for close to 3 years. It has been BRUTAL, to say the least. No one could figure out why it wasn't working. I took it Walker's Auto Shop and they were able to tell me what was wrong within the day. They ordered the parts and I got my car back with WORKING COLD AIR!!! I forgot what it felt like. The service is fantastic. They are so kind. I wish I knew about this place 3 years ago!! “I had engine trouble with my Class C motorhome as I was traveling through the Lackawanna PA area. I called 3 Ford dealers in the area and they would not give me the time of day. I called Rogers and John listened to my woes and said he would be happy to drive the 15 miles to Lackawanna State Park, wow, very impressive. He looked at my RV and we figured it was a major job, he suggested I check with one more Ford dealer Gibbons Ford and if they refused he would take on the job! I thought this was a very honest thing to do, as it turned out Gibbons did the job so we did not use Rogers. I would use them if I needed work done because I felt they were honest and helping me out even though it wasn't the best thing for their pocket book. Good guys!”

“Had a bad couple of days...first my battery died and then after getting a jump start was driving around to recharge it when all of a sudden my muffler disconnects from the middle pipe and falls down hanging just by the back rendering the car undriveable. Contacted Kost and spoke with Josh who assured me they could get me taken care of quickly. Josh and Chris went above and beyond to help get my car to the shop, the issue fixed, and showed alot of kindness, care, and compassion to an older disabled person on a limited income who relies on a safe, working ride to get to doctor appointments. Thank you for turning a bad week around and getting me back on the road; best & most caring service I've ever had.”
“While house today, I came across a business card of Harford Garage. It brought back good memories of 25ish years ago. On our way to Niagara Falls, my car engine stopped working some 200 miles away from home. Loren took our car in and helped us with the rental. When we came back one week later, he fixed not only the timing belt he pre-diagnosed, he also fixed another aging belt with no charge. I thought I’d lost this great person but here it is. “I was traveling from Delaware to my home in Canada during a flash flood alert in December 2023. After a fueling stop my car suddenly wouldn't start and I was stranded at a remote area off the 81 North. I called Duchniks and Amy promptly sent a truck and towed back to their shop. Miraculously the car started so I fueled up and drove straight home without ever shutting the car off until then. Of course it works now fine that I'm home but I was really stranded in PA and can't help thanking Amy and the tow driver again. I am a retired 70 old mechanic and have dealt with my towing companies. Prompt service, professional diver, super clean truck and fair prices! Thank you.”
