I have seen All Of The Staff There Keep Their Cool And Continue With Kindness under tremendous pressure, long lines with some customers complaining and losing patience, I may have murmured a few complaints myself in the beginning, not now, Now I'm Happy To See Them As I Know They Give Good Vibes And Unbeatable Service♥️Trucks bringing orders, Merchandise needing to be shelved...They Get It Done. 10 Stars?

I did go to a different dollar store recently, I've had issues in this store before but went anyway, just not what I want to Experience, I Want The Best- That Is Why I Will Keep Going Back To This Dollar Tree.

“This is a great discount store that has almost everything for your household needs. But what I really like about it is that they have Asian products for cooking. I like to stir fry and I can get the utensils accessories like steamer baskets for my wok. They have hygiene products all types of kitchen utensils electrical needs tools bathroom stuff clothes toys and occasionally I find something special like pepper spray. Worth a shopping trip.”
“They have amazing selections and the store is pretty big. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of two things. First is that the checkout lines were non existent aside from a worker that had to take all responsibility of checkouts. #2 Is that there are parts that are just mangled and left in that state. Especially the cosmetics. It was a huge pain and ridiculous because everything was off of the hook and in a big Heap of a mess but Shoppers can only put their arms through certain circles and it makes it very hard to look through what is available to buy. Aside from those two things I highly recommend checking out this Dollar Tree.”

“I was there a few minutes ago and it was a super uncomfortable feeling. The light skinned Hispanics girl that works there followed me and my son. Then stood at the end of the isle and starred at us with her hands on top of her head. It wouldn’t have bothered until I noticed that she wasn’t doing it anyone else.”
“I was there to buy 2 birthday cards. I was greeted when I walked in by a BEAUTIFUL woman who's words were soft and caring, it felt sincere. I found my 2 card in minutes as the selection was great and the price even better. $1 per card. Turns out the woman who greeted me was also the cashier( lucky me) she was very kind and polite. “I took my son to this store today to get some birthday balloons and some cake mix to make cupcakes. The staff saw he was wearing his birthday crown from school and made sure to wish him a happy birthday. This made my son light up and he's been smiling all the way home. “Many dollar stores in the city are falling to the wayside, whether it's stealing, dirty aisles and understaffed cash registers that cause insane lines but I recently went to this store and believed the staff was doing their best to manage. My cashier Nancy was polite and respectful even though she was the only person working a register. The woman in front of me gave her a really hard time and yet she was smiling and kind to me! And at store closing.

“I shopped at this Dollar Tree today and my cashier was Hayden. He was the sweetest, kindest, and most thoughtful cashier that I have ever encountered while shopping there. He was respectful and efficient, and when I asked him whether he thought it was hot in the store, like I thought, he turned his small box fan, that was on the counter, towards me. Hayden, you are a valuable asset to your employer. Keep up the good work!”
“I know we love to share the negative but I recently stopped by Family Dollar and had a surprisingly positive experience worth sharing. The rest of this is solely about the employee. Since it's been years since I've regularly visited the store, I can't honestly say how the store itself is.
When I walked into the store, an associate named Nafis was stocking shelves and immediately greeted me. These days, it’s not always common to be acknowledged when you enter a store, so that simple greeting stood out right away.
Now let’s be real—it’s not Macy’s—but the store was fairly clean and organized. While I shopped, Nafis offered to help if I needed anything and then let me browse without hovering, which I appreciated.
What really caught my attention, though, was how he interacted with every customer who came through the door. Nafis was pleasant with everyone. He greeted people and rang customers up with a genuine smile. That kind of consistent friendliness is something you don’t see every day—especially in a discount store.
Customer service like that deserves recognition. A good employee can make an ordinary shopping trip feel welcoming, and Nafis definitely did that.
