“Awesome woodworkers supply store and even better customer service. Found items here that no one else seems to be able to stock, and with very reasonable prices too. I ordered a track guide which i could not find anywhere else in stock, and received it promptly, but it was damaged in shipping. Wrote the company about the damage just to make them aware of the packaging. Well they send me another complete replacement set with no hassles. Its really nice to still do business with people who actually care about their customer service. Can't go wrong with a company like this, and i highly recommend them to anyone needed wood working tools.”

“Love the place but had a return, damaged product and they told me I had to take it to another store because they didn't have a replacement. Other wise I would have to pay restocking fee even tho it was damaged. It was a big piece of equipment I had to rent a trailer,when I got to the first store I took it off the trailer,I had asked the day before what to do and they said bring it in anytime,had to put it back on the trailer ,got charged more for the trailer because it took longer,I was frustrated over the whole deal”
“The last time I was at the store was when it was Chalfont Family hardware and have to say I love it now that it’s Wehrungs. I was helped by two very nice gentleman. I had called on the phone to check and see if they had what I needed and Tim was kind enough to go check for me and confirm that they did and then when I came in Tony helped me and took me right to where it was. That’s excellent Customer Service! Most places would just point you to where you need to go and of course I would never find it! This place is neat and beautiful and has very nice employees working there. Will definitely get all my cleaning supplies there from now on.”

“I've shopped at their garden center many times, and I've always been happy with the selection of perennials, shrubs, and trees. They usually have what I'm looking for, and offer to order it for me if there's anything they don't have in stock right then. They always have a wide range of both ornamental plants and fruit/veggies/herbs. Also, their perennial selection usually includes plenty of native options. They are unfailingly polite and helpful.”

“Went there to see if they re-screen window screens. The do it in the rear of the store. Took five screens in and total came to $111. Was told it would take a few days, but they called me the very next day to come back and pick up the finished screens. Great service and a good price. Can't beat it.”

“Putting a review in here because they don't have one, and I've been here a few times. I usually forget this place exists and end up driving all the way to Lowes for something small, but this can be a really convenient option. The hours are a little bit weird, but I've found the service to be helpful and they surprisingly have a wide variety of hardware and equipment. I bought a 40lb sledgehammer here, an outdoor power cord, decking screws, temporary fencing, and all sorts of random things. Wish more people went here, such an interesting place and would save the gas and time of driving all the way to Warrington.”
“Been dealing these guys for almost ten years. Steve R is my go to guy. Whether he’s at work or at home no matter what the time is, he’s always been there. Just a phone call away. I get one on one service, and parts turn around is short and prices are were they should be. I just can’t say enough, except..thank you.”
