“Probably one of the best if not, the best hotel I’ve been in especially for its affordable price. Staff were professional and were available at all times. The lobby is extremely nice, spacious, and luxurious, there is a pool and a small fitness area available. Breakfast is great, freshly prepared, and has a lot of variety in options.
The rooms are extremely comfortable, spacious, and were maintained well. Bathroom was nice and well maintained. If you are planning to stay here for a business related trip in this area or just in general, I would definitely choose this. 10/10 experience with this Holiday Inn.”

“Nice hotel with spacious room. Bathroom is small with toilet close to sink and shower. Location near on ramp to toll road. Have to pay close attention to GPS to ensure you don’t have to reroute when making wrong turn. Parking lot was full every night we returned from activities.”

“Three special things about this hotel. (1) After learning that I was recovering from illness, they waived the 48-hour advance notice requirement, told me just let them know 24 hours in advance in order to get full refund if I couldn't make it. Fortunately I was able to make it. (2) at check-in, my wife and I both got little folders with key cards and showing room number whereas usually we get 2 cards in one folder, I give the folder and one card to my wife, and I try to remember the room number. (3) In most hotels, the door to the room is "sprung" and it's a struggle to get the trolley into the room without help. In this hotel, the doors are 'relaxed,' making it easy to get the trolley in and out of the room by yourself.
Rooms: as noted above, the doors are not sprung, making it easy to maneuver baggage trolleys in and out of the room by oneself

“Friends of ours are staying here. The room they're in has 2 beds, ample space, a clean look & nice bathroom. There is a desk/table, tv, but only 1 chair. No place for visitors to sit inside but the beds. All in all, it's a decent place to stay.”
“Had a handicap room as I am below knee amputee. The room was nice, low bed. The table by the door would be a slight problem for some bigger wheelchairs, but as i do not use the leg pieces it was alright. The hand shower head did not work, so used the regular shower head. Told office, was informed to pull the handle out then adjust temp, did work fine.”

Wyndsum (I am so sorry I butchered this) is an absolute dear, she was so friendly and helpful to me and the compliments on my food were welcomed intensely. I will miss her. A number of my fellow trainees commented how kind she was.”

“We stayed for 2 days, 1 night and it was good stay. The room was clean and well lit. We had everything we needed. At check-in, Tracey was informative and her customer service skills were superb. It's really comforting to meet people that can be relateable filled with enthusiasm. We received the same attentiveness from Vanessa at check-out. Location is a bit remote.The pool wasn't available because it was under construction. We just missed breakfast, but they serve breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30am. They do have a small snack store that's available next to the front desk which is nice. All in all our experience was a good one and the price was excellent! No issues.”
