“The stores are dumpy and the clientele is worse, yet I find myself there from time to time! Bargains to be had, I tend to go when we need a bunch of things tips expect not to have to pay alot for, and really don't care about. Garden hoses and such. My wife likes to load up on gift wrap every few years lol. Recommend!”

“We've worked with DRemodeling twice, once in 2019 to redo our bathroom and most recently in 2023 to redo our kitchen dining room. We've had great experiences both times and here's why: Devin, the designer at Dremodeling works with you to explore the best use of the space. She shares multiple designs drawn in a way that really allow you to imagine what it will look like. Devin will also help pick materials or you can do that on your own. It's great to be able to pick from what they have in the showroom, but also incorporate things from other places. We picked light fixtures and appliances from other places and cabinetry and pulls and hardware from their showroom. Second is the transparency of pricing and schedule. You get a breakdown of what all things will cost by labor and materials. It allows you to adjust according to your budget. The schedule they provide is virtually a day-by-day accounting of what will happen when. In our experience, with two big projects, they stayed mostly on schedule, with our big kitchen/dining room project taking about 10 weeks. Finally, the people coming in to do the work do an excellent job. Dewit was our carpenter lead for our kitchen/dining room and his work was meticulous. He led a team that showed up on time; got a lot done each day; did high quality work; and cleaned up after they left. We'd use the team again, for sure.”
“After a terrible experience with a local big box store, it was impressed upon me to visit Gerhards (Glenside). This is where I met Dave.After a bit of due diligence and learning which refrigerator brands not to invest in, I landed upon a GE model. I told Dave what I wanted and he made it happen. It was a quick sale on a Monday afternoon with delivery expected on Wednesday. When minor issues were found upon delivery, parts were sent via Fed Ex to my residence. Fast Repair service was quickly scheduled. Dan came out and made everything pretty again. It’s just what he does! Dave even reached out several times in the process, to ensure that I was being well taken care. Thank you, Dave!!P.S. This fridge is so dang quiet, I keep checking to see if it’s on.”

I got great advice ("wouldn't the toilet make more sense on the other other side?") on layout and products, the prices were fair, and Nick, who did most of the labor, was outstanding. I've done other renovations in my house, and there were always problems. There were none this time! It was a pleasure working with everyone, and if there was anything left to do in my house, I'd definitely call them again.”

Jim presented a proposal and a plan with great advice , helped me choose fixtures, tile and overall design and helped me stay within my budget. The project was on time and with minimal disruption to my home. Communication was excellent …I always knew what was next, what time they were starting each day , when inspections were happening, etc. My house is 100 years old and gutting the bathroom presented some surprises but didn’t phase JRL Design! Jim even saved and rebuilt the original window and door. Also , because they expanded the bathroom and opened the wall to the next room, that whole room was restored beautifully as well. Overall, I had 100% trust in Jim and his team and knew from the beginning that he was invested in making sure I was very happy with the outcome. My master bath is now the nicest room in the house. “Harth Builders renovated our kitchen which entailed expansion by removing a wall. They were extremely well organized, with consistent weekly written reports (including photographs) and weekly face to face meetings with the project manager at our option. They finished as scheduled (we made a few changes that required extensions) and the kitchen was usable exactly when they estimated. The crafts people were very respectful of the property, befriended our dog, and kept the place secure at all times, even when we were travelling. The site was always neat and orderly when they left each day. We especially appreciated the design team who guided us through choices and options without being overbearing. We can't say enough about the very knowledgeable project manager (Chris) whose communication style is friendly and precise. Cost estimates (contingencies) were spot on.”

Yes, our faucets were delayed much longer than we all anticipated and yet out of all the vendors we used for the different aspects of our kitchen you were the only one to keep me updated and posted along the way. You never once left me hanging and I thank you for that. Sometimes all it takes is keeping the customer informed and you did that amazingly well. It was appreciated.You were also amazing and super responsive when I wanted to order our cabinet hardware and then change the finish on the faucet order. Ultimately, we selected Fabuwood cabinets for our kitchen. They arrived on time. There were a couple of issues once installation began (some of our own making) and Julie was able to resolve all of them in the timely fashion.
