“My car broke down early morning and I needed to have it towed to be fixed. I called Mavis right away to see if it could be taken there to be looked at today. The guys there were happy to do so.
I was relieved that I could send it to the shop today and had no problem from the staff to take on the work!”
“I’m very happy with the service I received! The instrument cluster in my Mercedes CLA250 started cutting in and out and after being jumpstarted after my two weeks trip outside of the country. I took my car to Dempster after two disappointing experiences with two other German car repair shops that both failed to identify what was the problem.
The scheduling was easy and I was able to drop off my car at 7:30 am in the morning before work and got a shuttle office back home. They were able to identify the problem very quickly and kept me updated on the status of my car via texts.
It ended up being a faulty battery and they replaced it at a very fair price (including an oil change)! And they worked really hard to give me my car back the same day! Ryan and Cam are both very kind and nice.
I would definitely come back in the future when I need a service on my car.”

“My husband and I took our Acura Rdx A-Spec to have our rim repaired. It was damaged due to the fact that it was scraped from a curb. And they did an excellent job. Alloy wheel repair was referred to me by someone who repaired my tire and saw the rim was cracked and without hesitation he recommended this to me so I want to do my part and recommend them as well. They will make your tires look like new. They also paint them as well, they are also black family owned. I will go there from now on for all of my wheel needs and accessories!”

Anyways I was judged by another employee whom pretty much stated I wouldn't be back to pay for my service! I'm a god fearing woman who knows you reap what you sow !
I left credit cards driver license pretty much my entire wallet as calaterarel
10 minutes later I returned and paid my bill and gave a nice tip to JOE for his trust and understanding, letting the other gentleman know NOT EVERYONE IS DISHONEST, ESPECIALLY NOT ME !
Needless to say he tried to be nice afterwards, as I let him know sometimes you just have to give it to the LORD and let him deal with DISHONEST people!

“I came out to my car one morning with a completely flat tire. I thought it was the wheel because I had an issue once before with this same wheel. I called this company and these people came to where my car was (I wasn’t even there for this), assessed/diagnosed the issue (the wheel was cracked), took it away for repair, and brought it back and put it back on all within a little over 24 hours. I didn’t have to do anything on my end. This service was an absolute godsend for someone like me who has limited resources or time to deal with something like this. They were kind, professional, available. Truly amazing customer service.”
