Some background: I needed a quick tire patch at a reasonable price, I drive a luxury car after not owning a car for 10+ years, and I was getting over the stomach flu. So when this clueless girl rolled up in a Lexus, not knowing what a wheel lock is or where to find it, and generally looking kind of confused and uncertain…well, a LOT of big automotive chains would have taken one look and invented things to charge me for or told me I needed expensive add-ons. NOT Floyd & Diann’s! The gentlemen here were quick to help, patient with me and efficient in patching and filling my tire and getting me on my way (for a reasonable price indeed!)You can just TELL this is a shop run on loyal customers, plenty of elbow grease, and a trustworthy presence in the neighborhood.
