“It seems as if this store is always busy. There is always a line. With that said, I've never witnessed less than two people working on the line. Employees so far have been pleasant. Which is impressive considering how many people they deal with daily. I've never had an issue with any package I've sent out from here. Parking is not great. I've had to park alongside the pizza restaurant that shares the same lot. They do have adequate handicap parking and there are no steps going into the building. It is a bit cramped, especially when the line extends into other parts of the store. All in all, perfectly adequate shop.”

“BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They go above and beyond! A couple weeks ago I had ordered invitations from Walgreens and they couldn’t do the size I needed. I called this ups location in Latrobe and spoke to Chad. He talked to me about my options and helped me create my invitations to the size they needed to be. He even pulled up my order in Canva and made adjustments to get it perfect! I was on a deadline to send them out and he helped me get them out same day! The Latrobe UPS is by far the kindest and quickest store I’ve been to! Will definitely keep going back!”

“This is a wonderful business. Michael who is employed there, is a fantastic employee. He is always helpful, kind, welcoming, to both adults and children. I actually enjoy going in there to ship, and will not go anywhere else.”

“They are super friendly here. There is only a few miles difference between here and the Greensburg, PA post office. You don't have to worry about paying a meter or meter maids either here.”

“I literally take in the heaviest priority mail packages that weigh sometimes up to 65lbs (limit is 70Lbs) and the ladies there still greet me with a smile on their face. I will help move it to the scale and whatnot to make their day a little more easy going. It's not always easy dealing with the public day in and day out. They are people too. Thank you ladies, your hard work doesn't go unnoticed ?”
