“I stopped getting emails on my old email account that I kept with Comcast and tried calling the 800 number to get help to no avail, keep going in circles with the automated system. Tried going online to get help through their assistant, again to no avail. Finally I decided to go to the Hershey Store, Chad and the tech who was there filling in for lunch breaks helped me resolve my problem !! Kudos to those two for resolving my problem, they were very polite ,helpful and exhibited great customer service! Thank you both for your patience and GREAT Customer Service, it’s truly hard to find these days. Just a suggestion: Each store should have a tech on site.”
