“I had an excellent experience at T-Mobile thanks to Lee, the store manager. After dealing with a frustrating and unsatisfactory experience at another T-Mobile location, I came into this store hoping for some help, and Lee completely turned things around. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in resolving our issue. He took the time to walk us through every step of the process, clearly explaining what needed to be done and making sure we understood everything along the way. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to help made what had been a stressful situation much easier to handle. Lee went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and restore our confidence in T-Mobile. It's rare to find someone who is so dedicated to helping customers and ensuring they leave satisfied. If you're looking for exceptional service, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Lee. Thank you for making a difficult situation a positive experience!”

“Went in for a new phone and questions regarding an upgrade, upgrade was done at a 3rd party Verizon location. We met with Alicia who helped with all our questions, and corrected the errors done at the other location. She went above and beyond assisting us and provided excellent customer service. This has not been our first interaction with Alicia, as she previously helped us in the past. And we were extremely happy with our interactions with her then. Alicia is very knowledgeable and a great asset to the Verizon company.”
