“I went in today to upgrade my iPhone 12. I was greeted right away by a young man named John. He was extremely polite and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was not pushy in any way. It just seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and did it all with a smile on his face. It was so refreshing to have this interaction because it's becoming rare today due to almost anywhere you go being so understaffed and under stress. He helped me end up deciding on the iPhone 15 and helped me set up having it shipped to me. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes (I did go at a time that they weren't super busy).
