“I decided after decades with ATT, to try Verizon, to get better coverage at my home. What an arduous journey, spanning over 5 hours and two days! No higher kudos could be awarded to Cole, who worked tirelessly to get my phone activated and rolled to my original cell phone number. He was cool, calm and collected, even when I mentioned grievous bodily harm. It was like being at EPCOT, with numerous non-English speakers trying to help. Cole even stayed after closing on a holiday weekend to make things right. To Cole’s management I say, give the guy a raise! Don’t lose this valued employee……he is truly operating at the highest level of Customer Service. It turned out Tuesday’s mail delivery cleared up what our problem was. Also, I still have crap coverage, but I guess it’s that I live down in a “holler”. Management, please request a new tower near Red Bank Road. Again, GREAT JOB, Cole K!”

We met with Alicia who helped with all our questions, and corrected the errors done at the other location. She went above and beyond assisting us and provided excellent customer service. This has not been our first interaction with Alicia, as she previously helped us in the past. And we were extremely happy with our interactions with her then.
