I would give it 5 stars for service if the owners ('m guessing I only see them on holidays) were always there. “Walked in and was greeted by Brad who asked what we were looking for. Mentioned we were going to a celebration of life and needed a light beer, regular, and a seltzer. He jumped into action walking us to the areas of interest. Ashley the manager helped with recommendations and offered her condolences. Brad even did the shopping for us. Went to the cooler, packed it into a cart, and loaded it into our car. All in the cold rain! Great staff, and a 5 star experience. Thank you!”

“Great People. Replaced a broken bottle. A+++. On my way home a little kid ran across the street near the Turkey Hill, and I had to hit the brakes so hard my Vodka Bottle broke. They helped me out by replacing the bottle the next day, thankfully I had my receipt. Thanks to the help of the super friendly and helpful staff, It's a Wholesome place to shop. The Balance is restored!”

“Brass Rail has been fantastic during the pandemic. Whenever I call up and ask about certain beers, they are always happy to help and look around and answer my questions. “Bottles and Cans, just clap your hands. This place has everything you need. A delightful selection of cases of domestic and imports. Can't wait on the fridge to cool your drink? Don't worry they have a good amount of beers in the cooler. If craft beers are your jam, fear not. They have a great selection of craft brewskis. Local crafts and even a pretty decent amount of good foreign beers. They also have a large selection of seltzer drinks if you like that kind of a thing. And last but not least....they have a good amount of NA beers. If you made it this far, stop in and check it out. You won't be disappointed. Tell them Ninja sent you.”

“This wine and liquor store carries some of the best wines in the area. There are some local wines from the PA area and many others from around the country and the world. I found my favorite CA Chardonnay (Rombauer) and an excellent vintage of a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (2012). Ample parking. Easy to find. This is a terrific spot to pick up your favorite adult beverage.”

“I don't know about all of these bad reviews but I picked up a load from this place yesterday Appt time was @ 3pm I got there @ 2pm checked in with the guard shack the guy was really nice and told me I may wait 1 hour to get a door he called me at 2:48pm telling me a door is ready I was happy but felt kinda bad for the trucker who had been waiting for a while even before I got there but he was delivering there is more than enough room to maneuver for backing into dock and it only took maybe 45 minutes to load me the shipping guy was really chill overall I had a great experience I was worried because I read the reviews before coming”

“Gave this a five star based on selection, customer service and aesthetics. The interior is very nice and clean with a major selection showing you by nice signs and sections for European options in wine. Whiskey and bourbon section has quite a few nice options especially Irish and Japanese along with many American classics and even limited edition options or more difficult ones to find. Overall very friendly customer service as well but the COVID plexy glass is kinda annoying still. Obviously all for customer safety but it's kinda hard to check out sometimes with many bottles and only two hands. Otherwise top notch store around.”
