Alpine Kennels and Grooming
1021 Stoverdale Road, HummelstownRecently we lost our groomer of 6 years to a career change and Alpine Kennels was recommended by a friend. They were wonderful taking in my 2 senior dogs. They were very kind and understanding when I explained their anxiety issues. They did an awesome job grooming both of them.

Pet Care
Hershire Animal Hospital
406 Middletown Road, HummelstownMy wife and I had to put our cat Winston to sleep. The staff was top-notch and truly compassionate. It’s obvious they are staffed by people who love animals. The vet explained our options and gave us honest expectations and outcomes. This helped us make the correct and dignified decision for our cat. Theres no question this was a tough day we would have preferred not to have. However, the staff here made it easier to get through. Thank you for taking such good care of Winston.

Duffy's Bed and Biscuit, LLC
107 Stone Mill Road, Hummelstown5 Stars for Duffy’s Bed and Biscuit!
We sent our 1-year-old Goldendoodle, Odie, to the 21-day board and train program in Hummelstown, PA and it was the best decision we made. Patrick Duffy is an incredible trainer and owner. He clearly loves what he does and it shows in the results.
Before training, Odie was your typical rambunctious, non obedient puppy. Now he’s a calm, well-behaved member of our family. We take him almost everywhere with us — restaurants, parks, family gatherings — people constantly comment on how well-mannered he is.
The board and train was 100% worth the cost for the peace of mind and the relationship we have with Odie now. If you’re on the fence, do it. We highly recommend Patrick and Duffy’s Bed and Biscuit!

G's Boro Bar & Grill - Hummelstown
401 East Main Street, HummelstownSome of my favorite buffalo wings in the area! The fries with gravy were also delicious and the perfect side. They have good drinks and cocktails to pair with your meal as well! Prices are cheap but parking can be a bit tricky next to the restaurant.

Cocoa Diner
590 East Main Street, HummelstownCan't recommend the Cocoa Diner enough! The breakfast was everything you want from a great diner. The sampler was extremely generous, no corporate bean counting here! Pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, hash browns were all perfection. Side of corned beef hash was crispy to perfection. They also make a great cup of coffee. We were lucky enough to get Malakai to wait on us and he was professional, friendly, and fast. Hope to come again when next in the area!
