“I mail out packages 3 to 4 times a week and for the last 5 years in the area this post office is top notch. The gentleman in charge now is always courteous and friendly. For a small post office they take care of the customers. Should shut down the Middletown town dump or get this gentleman down there so he can show folks how a business is run correctly.”

“Best post office I have ever used. She is a one woman show and knows her stuff. She takes a one hour lunch so just don't go then. Lions Den below has no idea what he's talking about. She takes an hour. MAYBE give or take a minute or two. She's fast and super friendly. If I could give more stars I would.”

“I have Never had an issue with Goldsboro Post Office. I have received my mail everyday, Monday-Saturday, and occasionally a Sunday during the holiday. Packages are never an issue either. Been living here in Etters 20+ years and NEVER had any problems. Love you all, thank you for all your hard work! You are appreciated more than you know!”

“This place deserves 5 stars only because they are so clearly understaffed and they have to deal with crazy, rude, morons all day long. Every one who works there is friendly as long as you aren't rude or act entitled to them. Great job ladies. Not many people have the patience to hold it down when their superiors won't get them adequate staffing.Ps the postal service lost millions last year. Give em a break eh? “The Elizabethtown post Office has very nice employees working there. I just made it there today before they closed. The lady working there was nice. I bought two books of stamps, and the lady weighed my envelope for me, I put a stamp on it, and watched it go right out the back door, and onto the postal truck, going to Harrisburg. This was a time sensitive package and I was so happy to see it go right out onto the truck!!”
“I've never had any issues with getting great service here, even when it gets busy. Staff are very knowledgeable and work efficiently. Customers don't always give them an easy time of it. I appreciate having an option to do self-service with the kiosk in the lobby when it's super busy in the main area.”
