Also, they’ve always gave me super fair pricing on every car I’ve taken in there which has been at least five different cars at this point over the last five years. And they have loaners if you schedule an appointment early enough. The staff is super friendly and recognizes you.”

“I usually purchase my new tires at Jack Williams in Palmyra. They have good prices and offer free tire rotation, which I take advantage of. Since I try to do all my car repairs myself, I do not recommend them for other repairs. I actually go to another inspection and repair place where I know the owner. And I also had an issue with them of an unneeded repair they did a number of years ago but I do not know if that mechanic still works there. But I think their tire (related) business is good.”

“I was greeted on the breezeway by Bret, if I remember his name correctly. (Apologies if I'm incorrect) I was told Jay was going to be my advisor. Well he was all over the place and never once sent a text message letting ne know he was going to be my advisor. My service was done and my car sat in the breezeway too the point it was moved to allow another customer leave. I did speak with Jay until it was time too go. I think he can be good, if he comes down and focus. I know they're extremely busy, however I've had 3 cars from there and saw folks come and go from Service. I wish Jay well, just settle down and you'll do good.”

“We had an unexpected tire emergency while traveling and ended up at Monroe Muffler right before closing. Travis went above and beyond to help us. Not only did he take us in at the last minute, but he stayed nearly two hours after closing trying to help resolve our situation and make sure we were safe.
When it became clear we needed additional tires, Travis took the time to order exactly what we needed and had everything ready for us the next morning so we could get all four tires replaced and get back on the road. Throughout the entire process, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us.

“I have been purchasing tires through Sams Club for several years. They have always had the best prices. I recently had a new set of tires put on one of my vehicle and had a screw penetrate the sidewalk about 5k miles in. Peter the manger was great to work with and came up with a fair solution on a replacement package since the tire was discontinued.”

“I had my car's A/C repaired at Tires Plus, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Kirk did the actual repair work, and he did a phenomenal job. My A/C is working perfectly, and it's clear he takes pride in his work and pays attention to detail.
Mike, the store manager, was equally impressive. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and made sure I understood my options every step of the way. It's not often you find that level of customer service and communication.
