“While moving cross-country with my wife, son, two GIANT breed dogs, a cat, and two parakeets sardined in our truck while pulling a loaded trailer, we blew a brake line at 2AM on a Monday morning. At 8AM I started calling every repair shop within 20 miles. NOBODY would help. Finally I was referred to Blaine's. Mr. Blaine welcomed a weary and stressed family, stopped everything they were doing, and got our vehicle right in. An hour and a half later and we were repaired and back on the road! We were literally stranded. Mr. Blaine has restored my faith in humanity, which was sorely tested at the moment. I even had a chance to talk with Mr. Blaine's 92 year old father, a Korean War Veteran, and an absolute hoot! I commended him on the values instilled in his son. Unbelievable service, courtesy, and professionalism! We are now safely in Kentucky. Thank you so much!”
