What great customer service! The staff is friendly and explained everything up front. No hidden costs. Paperwork was easy to complete over the phone and on the computer. The facility is bright, clean and accessible. Very happy with this location!

Monique is amazing, my mother had an issue and I reached out for assistance. Monique quickly jumped in to resolve the issue. She was polite, she is knowledgeable and carries herself very professional. I hope to see her in a managers role because that would really be beneficial to the facility.

My first experience with needing storage space. The facility is safe, clean, temperature controlled and easy to navigate. Steve was very attentive and eager to help. I would highly recommend Life Storage in Huntingdon Valley
