Customer service is way above expectations. Any issues are quickly addressed with immediate assistance. The rental process is the quickest and smoothest, with paperwork that is quick and easy. The staff is super nice, very nice, and informative, ensuring customers know how to use the keypad. The facility is kept very clean. Customers highly recommend the place and would refer everyone in need of storage space.
I only needed a storage unit for a short period. However, I really liked the safety measures they take. I felt confident that my belongings were safe. The unit itself was clean. Ed and his partner made the process so easy! I would highly recommend using EZ Storage!

Rachael and Ed were both SUPER nice. The property is nice, clean, secure and well maintained. Rachael took time to walk me thru different options to figure out what would work best for me.
