Rachel was very nice and informative. This was the quickest process that I have been through in renting a storage unit. When we went into the office the paperwork was quick and easy. Rachel made sure we knew how to use the keypad. Rachel even took my son to show him how to use the key pad. Super nice people.

I really love the team here at ez storage they had excellent customer service . I realized I didn’t need my storage unit after I injured my foot and could not move for a month and they were very understanding. No pressure or constant phone calls. I really appreciated that. Keep Shining Bright!
