“Great stop, absolutely worth it. Jay helped me look for some specific items, and was very friendly. He gave me a steal on something I'd been looking at on Amazon for months. They're currently reorganizing, so dont be put off by how full it is. You're gonna find things you weren't looking for, but definitly need. Some shops have that thrift shop smell, but not here at all. Im sensitive to scents, and I walked out of there with no headache. 10/10”

“They have some plus size things, quilts, fabrics, a kitchen section, tons of dish-ware, vases, kids things and jewelry. I took a gander through the plus size things but none of the clothes were in size order and i would’ve needed an hour or 2 to sift through all of those clothes and find something that would’ve maybe fit me. I loved looking at the vintage and name brand things regardless. I was mostly interested in the decor, figurines, bags, shoes and jewelry. The bags were in very good condition and the shoes were super cute but not labeled well and again in a random placing. I would’ve had to sift through every shoe to figure out what was my size was and there were just too many people and too many shoes. The jewelry section wasn’t much to look at either unless you’re looking for earrings or you like very colorful chunky jewelry. I’m unfortunately plain and boring these days. I’d say really it’s a place with beautiful decor and figurines. This place definitely has something for everyone and a great selection of heavy coats might I add. Security was also on it around closing.”

“I love this place been coming here for about six months when I was losing weight. This was a great place to come because I was going through clothing so quickly you’ll find the absolute best deals at this thrift store. It is very well organized. I hate to give up my secret of deals because they’re so good but you can get shorts for a dollar right now. Is that crazy and they were also having a sale on pairs of jeans two dollars you can’t beat that they constantly have discounted days Tuesday being one of them the gentleman that work behind the counters here are very friendly all the time and a great help you can find just about anything here from household items. They have a great selection of cookware. They constantly have furniture coming in and it’s priced right so it won’t hurt your pocket an excellent selection of blankets, pillows, towels, and clothing of all sorts. This is my go to thrift store.”

This place has so many options — you’ll find a whole spectrum of clothing, shoes, books— with a lot of high quality pieces. I really liked their furniture and homeware items— a lot of cool glass and ceramics. The owner is also very personable and you can tell he puts his whole heart into this place. The prices are reasonable and correspond to the quality. If I had one complaint it would be that the bedding/sheets section was a little hard to rifle through because everything is layered on top of each other. There were some nice things in there but they were hard to find.”

You pull in, get your stuff out, hand it to the attendant, and that’s it. If you have trouble getting rid of stuff you don’t need, this is perfect because there are no distractions. Well organized and so fun to browse around. Were thrilled to find a stash of vinyl to peruse as our son has recently purchased a turntable - picked out an eclectic mix to wrap up and put under the tree at Christmas. I was able to find a nice work jacket and two pairs of shoes — sneakers and dress shoes — all in very good condition, almost like new. The prices are very affordable, which makes it even better. The staff was polite and helpful, and the store was organized enough to browse comfortably. Overall, a great place to shop if you’re looking for quality items at a good price. You just never know what you'll find. 2nd Avenue at thr old Franklin Mills is a big store with a huge selection of clothes, books, knick knacks , housewares, and the list continues. They have daily color tag specials and sales on holidays. My issue is the inconsistent pricing that borders on greed. These items are donated to them and sold for prices that are comparable with new items. Although, they offer some great finds for the keen eye.”
