“I mentioned to my Doctor that I needed a new nose piece for my CPAP, and she sent in a request to PharmaCare. Shortly after they contacted me needing my sleep study. This was dont in Florida and that Doctor is no longer there. But the rep here named Courtney went above and beyond to may sure that I got what I needed. Even going as far as contacting the pharmacy I used in Florida to get my sleep study from them. Then she fixed an issue with my insurance too. It all worked out and she had my new nose pillows sent to the Frostburg location so it would be closer to me. Now, I’m not from this area (obviously) and have never met Courtney. But PharmaCare is extremely lucky to have an employee with such great customer service skills and dedication to her job. Please give her a raise!”

“The staff is great! Always willing to order things I'm looking for that they don't have in stock. Free delivery on Mondays and Wednesdays. They even brought my medicines out to my car for me when I was diagnosed with Covid 19.”
