“I had a 4-wheel alignment done here on 9/2 and follow-up service on 10/15. The rear tires are still showing severe inner-edge wear after ~5,000 miles. I contacted the service advisor multiple times by text and email, but received no reply. The issue remains unresolved. Very disappointing experience. 12/18 After further inspection and adjustment, the rear tire wear appears to be resolved so far. I will continue to monitor it, but everything looks good at this point. Thank you for the follow-up and support.”

My work was almost $20k so they did a lot of work on the car and everything appeared to be done well. I had a pretty good experience up until the end. I would have given a 5star but I was a little disappointed they left the car dirtier than expected and the car was 5 miles to E so I barely made it to a gas station after pickup. Other than that I would recommend based on their work.”

“Saturday night, 8:30 pm, 10 degrees in Pittsburgh, my husband and I get off a plane to find that our vehicle wouldn’t start at the Charlie Brown Airport parking. Jumping it didn’t work. We were frantic and desperate.
JOHN HIDEY at O’Reilly Auto, store # 6640, was an absolute angel sent from God, in our time of need. No exaggeration. He patiently walked me through purchasing the vehicle battery online, the tools to do the work, but most of all….he offered to bring it to us after he closed the store at 9 pm. That was above and beyond in every way. I am so thankful for John. Every employer needs a John like him!! I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I wish I could give 1,000 stars, not just 5. So glad I did, super happy with the new stereo, service they provided, and overall sale/process. They were way cheaper than all the aftermarket shops in my area, buying the same radio, and the work was perfect. Will not go anywhere else for any additional services.”

I purchased a bunch of yakima stuff from them and they were the best about everything. If I need anything else for my truck they'll be the first people I call to see if they carry what I'm looking for because I know I'm feeding families here, not buying some box store ceo a jet.
