“The person i picked the truck up from was the same person I returned the truck to. The people in front of me were having some issues The attendant asked if I was okay with getting my receipt via email so I wouldn't have to wait. I said I was and informed him that I used less miles than anticipated. He said he would adjust the bill. I was in and out in less than five minutes. He emailed me my final bill adjusted for the unused miles. Very friendly, helpful and honest.”

“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”

We rented out a van for our wedding since we set up and took all the decor down and they were very patient with us! We had been required to return the van the day after our wedding and we ended up not realizing we were late for our return. Monica politely called and had mentioned we were late for the return and when we mentioned that we were still collecting our heads from the prior night, she was 100% accommodating.
Monica went above and beyond for us and our wedding even before we had mentioned the wedding!

“UHaul @ Knorr's Service in Carnegie was wonderful! I would strongly urge anyone using the Moving Help option to NOT use EasyMove Solutions. They are scammers who NEVER showed up for our appointment. They never communicated with me AT ALL until I reached out to them. I would recommend that UHaul remove them, as they make UHaul look bad.”

“This place is great. I believe all indoor units. U can get a free van for move in day. Either way you get to pull into the building to unload ( you do not have to deal with the elements.) they have all the carts and dollies you could ask for.
