“These wonderful people have been so patient with Rite Aid on Pine Hollow Road and how terrible the pharmacy there is. After years of unbelievably poor service and terrible experiences at Rite Aid, I had my prescriptions transferred to this Medicine Shoppe location. It took literally all day and maybe 16 phone calls to Rite Aid on behalf of me and The Medicine Shoppe but they were so kind and patient with me and Rite Aid and my drs. I am so grateful they are just a few hundred yards (maybe) from Rite Aid, and they even deliver! They use my name, are always ready to call my dr if I need a refill, and I can’t recommend enough that if you are a Rite Aid pharmacy customer transferring to this pharmacy.”

“This here has stations was damn near 20 cents cheaper than competitors! It had a lot of pumps open and for good reason too. This is part of the reason why I hold on to my membership. The location is perfect as well, close to the airport and about 15 min away from Pittsburgh.”

“All Sam's clubs are great, but this location in particular is extra special! Whenever I stop in, they always have nice merchandise for pitt and Pittsburgh sports teams. Also lots of Pennsylvania centered clothing too. The best part is Sam's club always lowers prices, I've gotten several shirts for under $5 when they hit clearance! You cannot beat the price. Some of my favorite things I've gotten is a T-shirt for a pens game and a Steelers baseball hat. This location also has a great variety of groceries and other essentials! There are lot of prepared food options as well. The gas station has never been super busy when I've gone. I have not experienced a long wait. Also they have supplies to clean your windshield which is always nice. This location also has a pharmacy, tire center, and a cafe for hot prepared food. Overall a great Sam's club!”

“Probably my second favorite grocery store I've ever been too. What's not to love about this place? The cheese section is to die for, The End! Ha! They have just about anything you want and/or need in all regards. Yeah, it's hard to find someone to help you because most employees are lazy, but that's everywhere nowadays. So that in itself took away their five star review. I do love this store and every time I stay in Settlers or Robinson I come here for all my snacks and drinks. Very cool grocery store and atmosphere. I love Settlers Ridge! I also love me some Jine Iggle :D”

I was looking for your frozen fruit, cherries, and Paul who was restocking the frozen food area went out of his way to go find me the frozen cherries i was looking for. Great Customer service!!! Filling my prescriptions here is no longer a convenience, due to no longer working in the area, but I drive out of my way to get my scripts filled here because they know me well and take good care of me. I very well could go somewhere closer or use mail order, but I like the personal experience I have here.. plus I'm always looking for an excuse to go to Target.Some may complain because there is a wait, but keep on mind the pharmacist is usually alone without a tech.. a one man show! They do a great job. Thanks for what you do guys!”

“This pharmacy may have literally saved my husband's life the other night. We had just returned to Pittsburgh from Utah with a traveling nurse assisting my husband. My husband had just been released from a hospital in Utah that morning. We had traveled all day. The hospital doctors did not give my husband any meds to go home with that day. Something about Utah law. I had four scripts that needed filled that night. They were very important meds that he needed to take that evening. I came into the store in a panic knowing the pharmacy was about to close. The pharmacy tech listened to my concerns and took a look at the scripts. She assured me that they would be filled that night. Sure enough within a half hour all four scripts were filled. The tech even asked me before ringing up one of the meds if I realized how much one of the meds would cost to make sure I had enough money for the meds. There were 3 people working in the pharmacy that evening. I will be forever grateful for the professionalism and curtesy was given upon my visit to this pharmacy. Great Staff. Outstanding service.”

“If you like things in hilarious amounts for cheap you've come to the right place! Want a hotdog that can legally be used as a weapon? they got you! Want cheaper gas? An oil drum of cheese? Pretzels by the pound? Pens by the gallon? It's all here and you can reward yourself for participating in capitalism at the end of your visit with a slice of pizza so big a small boat could sail with it. “On Saturday 2/03, the staff was amazing, but some guy came in at 1:30 and started yelling at the pharmacy because they take their break at 1:30 and wouldn’t stay longer for him to pick up his prescription. I arrived to pickup my prescription right before they closed, which was at 1:25, as they clearly have the times of their break on display. He argued with the pharmacist about speaking to the manager, but I had checked my watch and it was clearly 1:30. After berating the pharmacy staff, he went to the front of the store and just yelled at them about how “they could have waited 1 minute” and you could hear him through the whole store. He then proceeded to write a review on here where he lied and said he arrived at 1:20, but the whole reason he found the pharmacy was already closed was because he arrived at the store at 1:30. I'm sure Rite Aid handles their cases and can review their footage to exonerate their pharmacy staff, but seeing people act so disgusting and lie is terrible. It’s incredibly disappointing to see people be so disrespectful to the staff at this store, all because he arrived too late. I've been coming here for years and it breaks my heart. Perhaps the gentlemen should have arrived on time instead of seeking special treatment.”
