We were here for swimming championships at IUP. Definitely a party hotel for young adults. Smell of cigarettes and weed. Very loud
I also didn't like that they take a copy of your debit card.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn't have that humid musty smell and feel. I would say don't expect much for the free breakfast, but there are plenty of places within walking distance from the hotel.
