“I travel 80% of the time for work… have stayed in all brands of hotels in cities and towns around the country. This is, by far, the single best hotel I ever stay at. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to making your stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodations are excellent, with always clean rooms, solid WiFi, a nice little gym, an awesome restaurant/bar in the lobby, digital door locks, and ample parking. Could not be happier about staying here every trip… truly feels as close to “home” as any hotel could hope to achieve. Big thanks to the entire staff for taking such good care of this road warrior!”

“The Hampton Inn in Indiana PA offered us a decent room, good breakfast and their staff was friendly. They also had a business centre meeting rooms and a pool.

However, the smell of chlorine was very strong in the pool area.
The place needs some renovation. The entrance carpets need deep cleaning or replacement. The 3rd floor elevator button was not working smoothly. In the room, the fridge was not cooling properly. There were light pink stains on the sides of the bath tub. It would also be desirable to have a safe box in the room too.

Otherwise, our stay here was quite satisfactory.”

“Love this place, I gave the rooms 4 stars only because they are a bit out dated. However, we come here a few times a year and can see that there are definitely renovations happening. Never had an issue with customer service, check in folks are always great.

The other reason our family likes the place is because of the old-style feel. It was an old Holiday Inn Holidome, and looking around you can really see the history behind the idea, and all-inclusive holiday all at one place. The pool is the only thing that remains and it's indoor.

Great place, we stay here every year during our trips to IUP. We've never been disappointed.”

“You get what you pay for. It's decently priced, so don't expect luxury suites with bells and whistles. Room was as clean as can be expected. A little tight, but again, we got a small room for the price. Fella at the counter was polite and prompt.”
