“My husband recently had an increase of 8 new scripts including 1 pill that had to be cut in half daily. John + his team filled the new scripts and took all of his other meds that WERE NOT filled by IndyDrug and put them into morning + nighttime pill packets, for free, to make it easy for me to give to my hubby. In addition, they deliver the meds at no cost to the customer. I have not experienced this type of personalized customer service since the 1970's. I will never use a mail order company again, to them, I am only a number.”

“I want to give a shout out to the pharmacy technician Jolene! My husband and I waited for a prescription to be called in (because the doctor failed to do it during business hours). She saw us waiting and asked us for the information and luckily the after hours did call it in even though they never called us back!! She saved us time and patience for sure!! Very nice young lady!”

“I work with Advanced Care a lot from my role in a provider office and the techs as well as Lee the pharmacist are always quick to answer the phone, incredibly friendly and helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I never have issues transferring scripts there or receiving specialty med deliveries from them. I wish all specialty pharmacies could be this friendly and efficient!”
