Purchased a phone and plan in June. Returned it and cancelled within a week. Now it's August and despite many calls and visits they keep billing me. Even after they tell me it is their fault and they will fix it.

Only come here if you want to be lied to about promotions and credits that will be applied to your account. Right before Christmas I'm stuck with a bill of $560 instead of my normal $146 at no fault of my own. Lied to for commission. Thanks so much Verizon!!
