“I've been a happy customer at Compass Self-Storage since 2020. Recently, I needed to rent a truck and move out of my unit, and Lisa was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her expertise and friendly demeanor made everything so much easier. Highly recommend Compass Self Storage for their excellent service and dedicated staff!”

“Great experience. After getting jerked around by U-Haul I contacted Bob at Pittsburgh truck and tow. Easy going from the start and able to order a hitch that fit my needs for less than what U-Haul was going to charge me. Installed in about an hour as I waited at the shop. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know and will return I the future if I ever need another hitch install. Thanks Bob!”
“Seamless transaction. I was dropped off at the office and was driving away in less than 15 minutes and never felt hurried. Candace was awesome for both picking up and dropping off.”
“The owner and employees here are good honest hard workers. We had an issue with our wiring and they didn't give up until they had the issue resolved. Really quality guys doing good work.”

“Best experience I've had with U-Haul – Chris at the North Shore location went above and beyond to help me out with the truck pick-up process during a difficult move!”
“I’ve been going here since the mid early 2000’s and never had any of my cars serviced anywhere else. Everyone here is so welcoming and nice and honest. I moved away and drive 30mins to and from for them because I know they will take care of me and my car.”
“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”
“I own a floral business and I have been renting trucks from Bob for years. Bob has made Pittsburgh Truck and Tow the best Uhaul in western PA. Excellent service, customer experience, and makes every effort ro assist. PT&T is an asset to our community at large. Also the best trailer hitch installer in the tri-state area.”
“Today was stressing out so much and what material to grab and Omar made my life so easy with his expertise and overall patience with me in a vulnerable state I could not of done it without him. If you ever need help look for him”
“General Rental is an excellent resource equipment and party rentals. The folks in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful which is a major plus as opposed to be greeted by someone who has an attitude.”
“Great Family Business ! Kathy was fantastic, she said her store didn’t have what I needed in stock,, so she told time out of her day to locate a dealer close to me in Butler, Pa that could order exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for going the extra mile Kathy,, I really appreciate you!”
“Fantastic experience renting from Enterprise and Glenshaw. Their representative Tyler went above and beyond to find me a moving van on the busy US Open week. Couldn't have been more happy with the service I received.”
“Can't beat the service center here for speed and quality of work and the front office staff are knowledgeable and some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet.”
“My floor was kind of labyrinthian, and the carts aren't huge, but it is an oddly shaped building in a dense part of the city, so it makes sense...
I think it is a very professional place, and all the employees were friendly and helpful. It felt like the manager took pride in his work.
It was a life-saver that they are staffed on Sundays. Thumbs up.”
“I went to Neville ISLAND TO Penske for fuel for my company and I will tell you they treat you pretty good don’t have to get out just pull up and they give you the service you came there for it was great service .”
“Great mechanic quick service to simple things, wish they would hire a person to pump fuel. For those that cpm or lease operators time is everything. But overall great stop. 20 min wait for fuel.”
“Brendan, Bob, Josh and Dave has given excellent service! The maintained communication on every step of the maintainance to get us back on the road, 5 stars for the people alone!”
“Armando was great to deal with. I had issues with drop-off thanks to Budget’s less than stellar customer service line. He worked with me and we had a positive resolution for both of us. Can not rate him high enough on the quality of service he provided.”
