“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. “If I could rate these guys higher I would. There service was exemplary and above and beyond. Really, I wish every customer facing experience was this good.Details...so a company that sounds a lot like "hurts" left me high and dry a day and half before I was due to pick up. I called up Enterprise Car rental and asked if they had anything. "Just a short bed pick-up but call our truck rental location if you want something bigger."I didn't know Enterprise did trucks but they do...everything from Cargo vans to moving size trucks apparently. Anyway, I called and spoke with Grant. He told me nothing was available but he would check around to see what he could find. 7:15 the next morning, Grant calls me back and told me he has a 12 foot truck he can get onsite for me.The truck was perfect for what I ultimately needed. It was comfortable, clean and actually kinda fun to drive.When I dropped off the truck this morning, I was a few minutes late. Grant told me not to worry about it. So in relating my experience with his colleague (manager?) at the desk, I come to find Grant has only been at this location for a week or so....meaning I was probably one of his first, crisis calls.I can't speak highly enough about these guys. Whenever I need a truck from here on out...no more "Hurts" or even "you-hall." I'm coming straight to this location. They're awesome!”

“Used a 15 footer. Got charged the 30 fee after drop off because it said gas was too low. Which for the amount of money/gallons I put in and miles I drove doesn't make any sense. But the guy was super nice and it was an easy process to get the truck in the first place as it was last minute so I gave it the 4 star rating. And drop off was nice because u could drop keys after hours and leave truck if they weren't open which is what I did.”

“I just worked with Krista (hope I spelled this correctly) to rent a 15' uHaul moving truck. I needed the truck for four days the first few days of the month and couldn't find one anywhere. Then I remembered that Compass Self Storage was a uHaul dealer and called them. Krista could not have been more helpful! Krista new they had a truck available but her system would not let her reserve it for me. She tried multiple ways to reserve and and then so I didn't have to stay on the phone told me she would work on it and call me back. With 30 minutes Krista called me back and I had my truck reserved. This may not seem like a huge thing but I had been trying to reserve a uHual for the past week with no success. I visited another dealer earlier in the day and they couldn't have cared less about helping me or even talking to me. Krista was determined to help me. I've received the same treatment at this facility when renting my storage unit, which I have a separate review for.”

“Admittedly, I've never been to this location, but it's been showing up in my maps timeline for so long that I might as well oblige. If you need a truck to move stuff, you can do much, much worse than U-haul. Personally, I've rented u+haul trucks in multiple cities and they've all worked out exceedingly well. I put all my stuff in the back and then was able to move forward in a manner in line with all local traffic rules. Winner.”
“I'm giving this location five stars and I didn't even rent a truck there my story is my dog passed away. Obviously I was brokenhearted I live in a country so I can bury my animals in my yard. I went to the U-Haul knowing that they have a lot of different size boxes, I went in I was immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him what I needed that my dog had passed away, and I wanted a box to bury him. He immediately showed me a perfect box, reached in his wallet, and took out his charge card and paid for it out of his own pocket. There are still some good people in this world.”

Im sorry for your bad experience but i have never talked to you but if i had talked to you i would have told you that its 79 cents per mile weekdays 99 cents weekends and no free miles no one gets free milage also one way rentals cost more it doubles in price and you get charged more for dropping a truck off at a different location! Also all truck sizes vary in prices ranging from 19.95 to 39.95 per day and that does not include taxes so do not discriminate our location for bad info you had received from some other uhaul location”
