He gave us a quote on what the repair would be (best and worst case scenario) before I made the appointment, called me to explain what they needed to repair and made recommendations before they did any work, and got the repair done more quickly than we expected. Scheduling my appointment was painless, Heather is outstanding, helpful, and kind. Clint followed up with me once he got his hands on my car to see what it needed, and together we came up with a plan that worked with the shop's schedule, my purse, and the safety of my vehicle. AND they put the cherry on top with little extras (like - the Car Clinic water bottle in my cup holder when I got in my vehicle, a nice touch) My reg/insurance papers were just floating around my glovebox and they equipped me with a sweet plastic sleeve with their logo on it, just to help me keep it together in this hectic world and I appreciated that! My repairs were smooth and completed the same day, I couldn't have designed a better experience, thanks CC, you've got a whole household making the switch to your clinic, keep up the good work!”
“When traveling through PA, hundreds of miles from home, we noticed gasoline leaking from the bottom of our car when filling up.
The folks at Synergy very kindly accommodated us, and were able to successfully repair a gasoline hose between the filler tube and the tank into which a rodent had bitten a hole. The repair was a temporary one, since a replacement hose was not readily available, but they were able to get us back on the road so that we were able to complete our trip visiting family and friends, and were able to get home safely. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. The people of the Strasburg area are very lucky to have Synergy Service Center in their community.”

“I had a problem with my motorhome having been told that the front axle was likely bent. I called and made a 7 AM appointment at 7 AM I was talking to the tech who then took my motorhome in for service. After a thorough checking out on their alignment rack I was relieved to find that my axle stop it in by 930 I was back on the road. Everyone at the shop was very nice and made my stay comfortable.”

Called Paparo they pick up you talk to them there respond I’ll call you back. days go by no phone call not responsable enough to return your phone call. Then not responsable enough to touch my bike. Al’s wow the most rudest person on this earth how does he still be in business but look at his reviews on Google not so good treating people so wrong hanging up on them. Treat people like there beneath him. Ignorant person.My followers I found a new place Strasburg Auto & cycle ( Randy ) is the Gentleman name straight up person. Treat you like a Humen being. Got my bike in gave me progress calls on my bike and when to pick it up. Treat your bike with the most respect like it was his own. ( Randy ) is a hellish Mechanic and custom designer look at their site for custom work. Treat people like there Humen being. Workable quotes awesome work done. They were able to send it to their New Holland location (no extra cost) for the repairs we needed. They updated us via text about the progress and kept us informed. “I drove 2 hours each way from NJ to test drive a low-mileage 2021 GMC Denali HD that I found at John Sauder Chevy on-line. My overall experience at this dealership was very smooth. “Took my '07 Legacy to Tim with failing head gaskets after they had already been replaced 50k before by a dealer. Tim replaced both gaskets for significantly cheaper than the dealer, and fixed all other minor issues with the car including fixing the power steering o ring which the dealer destroyed on the last head gasket go around. More importantly, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why.
I would highly recommend Tim. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. If you have a Subaru, you know where to take it.”

“We just moved our office to Intercourse, and I wanted to have my 2014 Ram inspected by someone local. I drive by the shop every day. So I called, made an appointment, shared my email and cell number, and they texted me an estimate for 4 new tires (very convenient). My truck has over 200k miles. It needed 4 ball joints and some other work. It was the week after Christmas, and they had to get all the parts. They offered a free loaner car! Wow, that was awesome, and they even did a basic wash for free! I got my truck back when they promised, and it looked great! Thanks, Guys!”
