“I came here looking for some active wear and after seeing the prices online I was very pleasantly surprised. They had amazing sales, some items as much as 50% off. I don't know if they run sales this good year round, but considering that they're a factory store I have to assume they have some form of discount off the full priced items you'd find online. This is definitely one of those times I'd recommend skipping online shopping and going in person.”
“Customer service was awesome. Tag on the shirt said Chad, so give Chad a raise. Actual selection of fishing gear is very fair, BUT it's heavily discounted so I get it. Hit or miss kinda thing. Large selection of clothing.”

“I always enjoy my visit to the outlets. The employees were very nice and accommodating but the bathroom and changing areas are in need of a deep cleaning. There is an abundance of dust and dirt. When trying on clothes or using the laboratory customers should not have to be faced with unsanitary conditions. For areas to have such accumulation of dust and dirt it had to be unaddressed for an extended period of time. Outside of that I had a pleasant experience”

“Nick at the Tangerine Lancaster outlet went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service in assisting me to locate and purchase a limited edition Varick pant that I finally was able to purchase in Des Moins, Iowa. I live in Md and could not get any store to make the effort Nick did to assist me and see the sale through to completion. This is why I patronize the Lancaster store. Nick represented and it means a lot these days.”
“This GAP outlet is located inside the Tanger outlet center, located convinently to park the vehicle and next to the Banana Republic. The shop is huge and good to shop for the entire family with reasonable price. The staff is super friendlyand willing to assit customers.
The store is maintained very well and stocked well. I like the store and will definitely visit again. If you have a credit card you can get a good discount with the purchase. If you have a Tanger vip, then you can get the discount as well.”

“I need more graphic tees like I need a hole in my head, but this outlet had an AMAZING deal! "Buy one, get two free." Yes, I was a P/R major, and I know semantics well, but no matter how you slice/word it, I was paying only $6/tee! My son got one, and I got two (with my favorite flowers, roses). The sizes were a bit funky, but we are "happy campers" with our new cool tees. They had other great merchandise too, but nothing we needed/were interested in during this trip. The (young) employees were all rather friendly :) It's good to see that there are still stores with prices that younger people can afford!”
