“They all do a great job, from the way that store was kept in the past from other managers not caring about the appearance Just collecting a check. These girls running this place do a fantastic job, and they should be rewarded for the hard work.I have been going there for many years. Good help is hard to find,take care of the team you have, and they will take care of you. Rewards to great employees go farther than you think. It's called Retention. Keep the team you have, I have seen people working there that were not willing to take advice, that being said, The store looks great.”

It's difficult to get an appointment without out a few weeks or more wait the last time I contacted , Ollie is most certainly way over due for a visit, but I can say they definitely did a wonderful job when he does get in!! “Brenna does a fantastic job with my small yorkie and always does just what I ask for. She talks softly to my baby as she grooms her and it's so cute. I can always get an appointment when needed and have nothing but praise for the Lancaster grooming service. Just wish they weren't so expensive. I would love to tip my groomer more, but the cost is usually so high, I can't afford to tip as well as I would like to. Thanks, Brenna. You are greatly appreciated for taking such good care of my precious pup.”
“We visited this kennel after researching many candidates. It was a bit of a ride but we were rewarded with a great little puppy. When we entered we found a clean, organized store, with friendly, helpful staff. They had a large kennel of puppies available. The puppies were clean, had many of their shots, there were areas to visit individual puppies to get to know them. We had viewed a list of puppies on their website and started with the first one on the list named Viv, she stole our hearts and we never got to #2. We are approaching two months with Lucy, yes we renamed her. She has been a joy to us the whole time and look forward to many years with her. If you're interested in getting a new puppy, we would recommend you consider AA Ridgewood Kennel's. We did and are glad.”

“(This is mostly to the person who was playing santa December 10th. 2022) I only went there to get Santa pictures for my cat. This was his first Christmas and I thought it would be adorable (it was) I instructed on how he likes being held the most but not to worry if he squerms. They lisened with greate care and perfectly held him. The person who was helping doing the check-ins was also very sweet. I wish I had gotten their names now.”
