The store has a wide variety of olive oil flavors and accessories. The staff was very friendly. I purchased an olive oil sprayer that did not work. I tried to contact them by email two times but did not get a response. I usually visit the store when I visit Lititz but will pass the next time I visit.

An item i bought broke on the way home. It was two ceramic pots and the one broke. I called the store and spoke to the manager to see if she could order me a replacement. She took all of my information and had a new set sent to me. The replacement literally arrived the next day, free of charge. Thank you to Olive Basin and kudos on her customer service. I will be sure to shop there every time i go to Kitchen Kettle.

Went here for the 1st time on Monday May 22nd 2023 as part of our Lancaster, PA vacation with my family We were at Kitchen Kettle Village,. The Olive Basin basically is a shop where speciality oils are made for cooking purposes, as well as for salads. We discovered blood orange, and mango vingarette that was very good. We ended up buying a package of 6 of them. We were also able to sample the mango one, as well as a chipotle one. My mom asked what they can be used for, and basically for salads, and for cooking like one can baste the vingarette on a chicken. He also helped us with our samples too, which was helpful. We picked out 6 more vingarettes, and hope to enjoy each and every one of them for a meal at home. Cashier also was very nice and helpful, and wrapped the bottles in a bag for us. Probably would stop by when we are in lancaster again!

We've been customers of the Olive Basin for years. We love the new expansion for herbs and spices. Mandy is THE BEST! She remembers us from visit to visit, and always takes great care of us. She's super patient and can answer all the questions I throw at her. Definitely a great shop to visit and Tell Mandy we sent you!

I went with a friend and she kept telling me about the different flavors of balsamic vinegar especially the dark chocolate balsamic. ? I had my doubts but it was amazing. They let you taste before you buy and they were so friendly ☺️ it was refreshing to go in a store where everyone was so helpful and friendly ☺️

I came by while visiting from Florida. Was a bit worried they were closed with all the construction going on but they are not. They have some great flavors of vinegar! I picked up teriyaki, blackberry ginger and cranberry pear. The ladies there were so friendly and knowledgeable of different pairings and also the tip of adding vinegar to tonic water.A fun stop on our vacation. Taking these back to Florida.

We were there on Saturday April 9. The store was clean, well organized and inviting. We really enjoyed the tasting experience.The staff was knowledgeable and attentive.The whole experience was a no pressure one.There was a great atmosphere amongst the many shoppers. We focused on their vinegars. The flavors were outstanding. The quality of the product made it a good buy. Warning: you may not be able to decide on only one!

Located at the Kitchen Kettle Village, The Olive Basin has specialty oils and vinegars for uses in cooking and for salads. Their selections are amazing. I have my favorites but always want to try something new. We always make sure to visit them when in Lancaster.
